Return Policy

Our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. We ask that you check the contents of your package as soon as it arrives.

Hothothandbagsandtotes.com proudly stands by its products and will gladly exchange or refund within 15 days of shipment date. We just ask that the returned item be in the same brand new condition. The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it, with all original packaging, with original tags, and no signs of wear such as scratches, marks, blemishes on the item, lost parts (screws, clasps, stems), damage due to personal use, misuse or negligence. Used products cannot be credited back. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages.

If the return is due to manufacturing defect and customer is not interested in a replacement or repair, hothothandbagsandtotes.com will credit back to the customer's credit card the full amount of the invoice. If the return is not related to manufacturing issues, hothothandbagsandtotes will credit back to the customer's credit card the amount of the invoice minus 15% restocking fee. Allow one to two weeks to receive a refund to Credit or Debit Cards.

Unless product is being returned due to an error on our part, customer pays return shipping cost.

If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at: returns@hothothandbagsandtotes.com and we will contact you within 24-48 hours and give you exact instructions on how to return your order. We need to give you the correct address to return your item, and an Authorization number or code that must accompany your return. All exchanges are shipped at customer's own expense. In addition, any difference in price should also be included in the payment. It is very important that you include in your email or phone call to us, your name, address, valid e-mail address, phone number and your date of purchase, order/invoice number and form of payment. This will speed up the process.

The most common reason a customer returns a handbag is because he/she didn't pay enough attention to the size. For that reason we are very careful to include dimensions in our product descriptions. Please make note of the dimensions before placing an order. Thank you.

We ship UPS, Federal Express, and USPS.

We ship to USA, Canada, and to most other countries.

You will receive tracking information following your order.

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address. We will not ship to a P.O. Box address. Hothothandbagsandtotes.com is not responsible for reshipment if you provided an incorrect shipping address. We are not responsible for reshipment if your packages are lost during transit on returns.

We are not responsible if you fail to retrieve your item after notice is left by the postal service, or the carrier delivering your package. If reshipment is needed you will need to pay for shipment.

Depending on your country of shipment on occasion customs fees are generated and the customer is liable for these. We are not liable for import fees if customs opens your package. All items are marked as "gifts" but fees are assessed on a rare occasion.

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery within the US and 10-15 days for international delivery, however in most cases, your order will arrive sooner. In rare situations, due to the nature of the business, items may take as long as 15 to 20 business days to arrive. You will be notified if an item is backordered. All orders are shipped fully insured in transit.

Cancellations: We will issue a credit for any and all cancellations requested before an item is shipped. If you choose to cancel AFTER the item is shipped, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total sale price will be deducted from your total credit. This fee covers the cost of administration and credit card back charges to our site.
